Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

Cancellation

Orders for standard (off the shelf or boxed items) may be cancelled without charge up to 5 days prior to quoted delivery date, after that a 15% restocking fee would be applied.  Bespoke (modified or manufactured item) would be subject to to a cancellation charge of 25% of the order value if not cancelled within 2 days of the order date.

Returns

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for standard items. No returns would be accepted for Bespoke equipment unless there is a warranty issue within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be approved on return and checking of the equipment if returned within 7 days of delivery and may be subject to fees as above.
